Only the best recommendations! Was feeling very anxious about all the process (was recommended by a person on local Facebook group), but it was for no reason. The day before our trip I have emailed to ask if everything is fine (obviously been worried) and received a phone call from Emil to ask what time we are coming and that he will make sure that gates are open. Came to Folkestone early in the morning (before opening hours) and he was already there in the office waiting. Explained everything. We crossed the border without any issues. Amazing service from start to finish. So quick and efficient and made the whole process for getting AHC for our dog to travel to Europe less daunting and easy ! They checked all vaccination documents and contacted vets prior to appointment to ensure smooth process. Conveniently located near to Dover Ferry Port and offer quick collection even at unsociable hours. The gentleman who met us to provide the certificate late on Friday night before our midnight crossing was very nice and talked us through the whole document. Easy to park and toilets accessible after long journey. Very happy with this service and cost was a fraction of what our local vets quoted. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Excellent service. No waiting time. There is plenty of parking and you can park a motorhome there also. Parking is free for the first 90 mins. Had all documents ready, checked our dogs microchip, and then we signed the AHC, and it was done.

What an amazing vets; our local vets in Wales (awful mistake) put the wrong microchip number on our dog’s health certificate! We were turned away from Eurotunnel; the staff in the check in recommended this vets and they saw us immediately. Situation immediately resolved and we are now about to board. Plus, after our five hour drive from North Wales they gave us a cuppa tea each!!!

I’ve used AHC providers in Portsmouth and Folkestone , but found this business is solely built around servicing customers requirements, not fitting customers into existing business models. Booking is easy to follow and they are available on the phone if problems.It is open 7 days a week, and you can turn up any time during the long opening hours. You don’t have to book a time slot which can be stressful when travelling a long distance. Also finding parking is not a problem, you can park more or less outside. Another plus is they are just off the motorway 5 minutes from Eurotunnel and 25 minutes from Dover.I found them very helpful throughout the process and once there friendly and pleasant. I definitely recommend EuroPets

All I can say is that the process here is so streamlined it’s hard to comprehend how vets in the UK are charging us so muchYou have to provide a small amount of information before your appointment and it’s best to do it more than 3 days before you travel as the price increases….understandable 👍🏻It’s location makes it easy to find if you are using the ferry or EurotunnelWe will be a lifelong customer 😍

When you use a service for the first time and are reliant on it working smoothly, there is always a bit of trepidation.Couldn’t fault the thorough process and helpfulness and friendliness of George and his staff.
We had just taken in a rescue Dachshund some ten days earlier and were on a ferry to France on the 12th December.. short deadlines!. We contacted our regular vet who demanded around three hundred pounds to complete the EU health certificate.Then I found Euro Pets... and it was a mile from the M20 motorway at Folkestone... so convenient. We were travelling from South Wales so were going to be touch and go with regular opening times but EP advised that up until 8pm there was no extra charge, but overnight, an extra £30 was applicable, but that they were a 24/7 service... fabulous!!!. As we got closer to our estimated arrival time, we were called, asking our progress... it was around 6.30pm. Advised we should arrive by 7.55pm, the vet left and asked us to call again when we were closer, which we did and met him at the office at 7.55pm!!... Paperwork HIS side was ready, and after a check over of the dog's ID tag and general health (we had to forward his health records three days in advance)... we were given the fully completed health certificate for less than a third of our regular vet price!!!.. How come???Anyway.. certificate got us through all the checks UK to France and then through the French vet system a few weeks later o get the return to UK.. all smooth and totally reassured about the process with getting a health certificate from Euro Pets. Closing, I will say, such a nice man we dealth with and the whole process straightforward, easy and far cheaper than my regular vet in Wales... Seems we and many other pet owners are getting really ripped off by veterinary services in general. Euro Pets is an exception. and give a great service.

Super easy process which enabled us to take our dog on the ferry. The vet even advised us on the worming process for the return trip. Ignore all the posts you read on the internet about taking you dog ahead being expensive and stressful and use Euro pets

Overall a very good experience, we didn't get through with our pets easily though, but I don't blame them for that. They did assure us we were good to go, but sadly the French border wasn't cooperative.Pets were travelling with an owners sister, and the French border refused the entry, as the owner wasn't travelling. The owner had to buy a plane ticket, then send the screenshot to the border people, then the sister could proceed with the pets. Still would use Euro Pets again because they were helpful, fast & cheap compared to other vets. Thank you.

I spoke with the guys at EuroPets about 1 week before we were due to leave the UK and cannot fault them. They asked me to obtain required information from my vet and when my vet didn’t provide me with this, they rang and asked if they could contact my dogs vet directly for the information they needed and obviously I said yes of course. They carried this out and emailed me immediately to advise they had what they needed to produce the AHC. We drove from Newcastle and got stuck in traffic and were a hour late for the collection and Emil was waiting outside for us. Everything went smoothly and he explained everything on the AHC to us. It only took about 10-15 mins to collect and we were on our way. The guy at the Pet Reception at Folkestone said they were aware of this new company and said that the documents which were provided by them were totally acceptable for us to travel and that they have seen lots of AHC certificates from other well established vets which hadn’t been completed correctly. Cannot fault these guys - keep up the good work and you will do amazing with the amount of people taking their pets abroad. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. Well done guys and thank you for your help and assistance with Bobby’s AHC.
